Nancy It’s not easy taking that first step to seek help. It is not uncommon having trouble coping with day-to-day life in these difficult times. Maybe you would like support while navigating certain situations or are struggling as a new mom or a caregiver to elderly parents or are working on self-exploration. Life changes are exciting and can be wonderful, sometimes they are necessary and even unpleasant; having support is essential during these times. I would like to help you with your journey.

I build a connection of trust with kindness, patience, empathy and humor. I am passionate about mental health and my focus has always been helping clients view mental health issues without stigma or shame but instead, as an opportunity to work on overall well-being.

I believe in a holistic and integrative approach to treatment, tailored for my client. I use mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused techniques and draw from other modalities when collaborating with my clients.
